A specialist installation team that takes your client’s bathroom or wetroom from technical preparation to clean final handover — without putting your brand or client relationship at risk.

See how we partner

Why partners choose us

Built around protecting your client relationship.

Showrooms and designers don’t just need a fitter. They need an install partner who turns up, communicates, finishes cleanly and gives the client a reason to recommend the brand that introduced them.

01

Partner-first by default

We work in the background. Branded communication, sample boards and design direction stay with you. We never approach a partner’s end client for follow-on work without consent.

02

Technical pre-check before quote

Before any commercial commitment we visit the site. Drainage, services, substrate, access route and protection are checked so the quote and programme are real, not optimistic.

03

One install team, one contact

Plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, tiling and fitting are coordinated by the same team. You don’t need to chase separate trades. Updates come from one number.

05

Photographed at every stage

Before, during waterproofing, during tiling, after — we capture every stage. Useful for the client’s record, useful for your portfolio, useful if anything ever needs to be revisited.

06

Premium spec capable

Large-format porcelain, micro-cement substrates, recessed niches, brass detailing, walk-in glass, concealed cisterns and frame systems — standard scope on partner projects.

How we collaborate

A simple, predictable partner workflow.

Designed to slot into how showrooms and designers already work — not a workflow your team has to adapt around.

  1. Step 1

    Brief & sample share

You send us the brief, spec, sample board or design pack. We confirm scope, timing and any technical questions on the same day where possible.

  2. Step 2

    Technical site visit

We meet you and/or the end client on site. Drainage, services, substrate, access and protection are checked. Notes and photos shared back to the partner.

  3. Step 3

    Itemised quote & programme

Quote is broken down by stage — strip-out, first fix, waterproofing, tiling, second fix, finishing. A working-day programme is agreed before the project starts.

  4. Step 4

    Installation & progress updates

One contact runs the project. Photos and short written updates at each major stage so the partner and the client always know where the project is.

  5. Step 5

    Snag, handover, record

Final detailing, snagging, deep clean and photo handover pack. Anything raised at handover is closed before sign-off.

FAQ · For partners

Common questions from showrooms & designers.

Do you work with bathroom showrooms in London?

Yes — we work with London bathroom showrooms as a trusted installation partner. We support showroom client projects with site visits, technical checks, full installation and clean final handover, on a partner-first basis.

Do you work from interior designer plans and specifications?

Yes. We work carefully from designer plans, sample boards and specifications to deliver the intended finish. Communication is direct with the designer, with the end client kept informed at agreed milestones.

What does “partner-first” mean in practice?

Partner-first means we do not poach your clients. Brand and communication go through the showroom or designer; we deliver the install and protect that relationship across the project lifecycle.

Are you insured for partner projects?

Yes. We hold active public liability insurance up to £5,000,000 with Simply Business and the team is trained in asbestos awareness in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

What is included in the technical site check before installation?

Drainage runs, water supply, electrical points, ventilation, wall and floor substrate condition, access route for materials, protection of adjacent finishes and any structural notes that affect the specification or programme.

How do you keep us updated during the project?

Progress updates are shared at major stages — strip-out, first fix, waterproofing, tiling, second fix and handover. Photos are taken at every stage so the partner has a full record.

Do you take on developer / multi-unit refurbishment work?

Yes, on a project basis. We can scope refurbishment bathrooms across multiple units with consistent specification and scheduling. Send the unit count and spec to start the conversation.
